The EIMS/CDR may include third party copyright material only when rights and permissions to publish on www.fao.org have been obtained from the copyright holder(s). If the above permissions have not been obtained, it is not allowed to include such material in the EIMS/CDR.
For the above mentioned purposes, "third party copyright material" shall be deemed any information product (e.g. book, journal, brief, article, project) for which FAO is not the source and/or the copyright holder.
