Abstract
This is an operational system for fast, effective determination of the characteristics of the Baltic in the form of maps of their distribution in the area of this sea.
The launched base and procedures will use information streams coming from the available satellite remote sensing systems covering the Baltic region, in particular the area of the Polish economic zone (e.g. TRIOS N / NOAA, Meteosat 9, EOS, AQUA, ENVISAT and others) and information from the developed previously mathematical models of the sea and atmosphere.
