Abstract The National Oceanographic Data Center (CeNDO) is a repository and dissemination instrument for national oceanographic (environmental) data, which it acquires and preserves in a historical record, to be used in decision-making, operational and research applications. • CeNDO México is one of the national oceanographic data centers of the world network of NODC’s (NationalOceanographic Data Center) of IODE / IOC / UNESCO. • Focal Point of the IODE Program (International Oceanographic Data and Information Exchange) in our country. CeNDO provides products and services to scientists, engineers, resource managers, policy makers, and other users.
