Abstract
Maps and spatial layers are used in ICES to aid in the organization of data into something more than a collection of numbers and coordinates. ICES manages a number of maps related to the Northeast Atlantic, these are used extensively by the expert groups for the planning of data collection and the visualization of data. We also work closely with the regional sea conventions to offer a selection of their map products through our spatial facility.
Maps can be downloaded as digital shape files.
