Abstract A Python module for calculating seawater carbon and boron chemistry. This will be particularly useful for anyone thinking about oceans in the distant past, when Mg and Ca concentrations were different. I use Mathis Hain's MyAMI model to adjust speciation constants for Mg and Ca concentration. Tested in the modern ocean against GLODAPv2 data (see below). Performs as well as Matlab CO2SYS.
