Abstract CYCOFOS has been first developed in 1999 and provided operational forecasts in March 2002. CYCOFOS is a component of the MONGOOS for downscaling at sub-regional and coastal/shelf scales in the Eastern Mediterranean, acting as intermediate user of Copernicus- CMEMS. CYCOFOS provides: hourly fields forecasts, produced daily.
