Abstract
In Situ observations are acquired at the national level but useful to the entire IBI community. That's why in 2006 we decided to join our efforts to ease access to data in the IBI area by setting up a portal that would integrate data from the various national contributors. The goal is to provide free access, in a homogeneous way, to in-situ data in the IBI area whatever institutes collected and processed it. We first focus on real-time data access and will then address the delayed mode data access for re-analysis purposes.
